Countdown to the Return of Exhibitions to Shahr-e Aftab

On 15 June 2026, Mohammad Mahdi Salari said that despite a temporary decline in exhibition activity, maintenance, refurbishment and upgrading of Shahr-e Aftab's infrastructure has continued.

He reported negotiations with organizers and the private sector to set the event calendar, with the short-term priority being operational readiness and the return of specialized and international events.
